Cranberry Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 3/4 lbs | 794g / 28oz | Tart apples - chopped |
| 2 1/4 lbs | 1021g / 36oz | Cranberries |
| 2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Light brown sugar |
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Ground ginger |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ground cloves |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Pepper flakes |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Dark raisins |
Place all ingredients in saucepan and cook 25 to 30 minutes.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
