Dipping Sauce For Fried Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
This sauce is especially suited for fried fish, as the "Deep South Fish Fry," but would also be tasty as a dip for poached or fried shrimp.
Type: Fish| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Ketchup | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped onion | 
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1 | Tabasco sauce | |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | 
Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Taste the sauce for seasoning and refrigerate until needed.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
