Crab Salad Recipe - Cooking Index

| Buttered and cubed | ||
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Finely-chopped celery |
| 3 | Hard-boiled eggs - chopped | |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crab meat |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Tart red apple - Jonathan |
Mix bread, onion, celery and eggs together by hand and refrigerate for 24 hours. Three hours before serving add crab, mayonnaise and apple. Mix together. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a tomato rose.
