Deviled Crab Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crab meat | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 1 | Egg - beaten | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Tobasco sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced green pepper | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced onion | 
| Paprika - to taste | 
Combine all ingredients except crab meat in a medium bowl. Mix well and gently stir in crab meat. Place mixture in a small casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
