Grilled Shrimp Kebabs Recipe - Cooking Index
Cherry tomatoes or other vegetables can be substituted for the onions or peppers if desired.
Type: Fish, Shellfish| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Large shrimp - peeled and deveined | 
| 1 | Green, red or yellow pepper - cleaned, seeded, | |
| And cut into 1 1/2" squares | ||
| 2 | Zucchini squash - cut 1 1/2" pieces | |
| 2 | Onions - cut into chunks | |
| 1 | Pineapple chunks | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable or olive oil | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger | 
Alternate shrimp, onion, pepper, squash and pineapple on skewers. Mix pineapple juice, oil, soy sauce, honey and ginger together and brush onto kebabs. Grill over a moderate heat for approximately 10 minutes. Rotate kebabs once and use any remaining sauce to baste kebabs.
Serve with lemon wedges and wild rice.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 kebabs.
