| 2 | Cream of potatoes soup - (10 1/2 oz ea) | |
| 1 | Chicken broth - (15 oz) | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 1 | Frozen chopped broccoli - (10 oz) | |
| (or fresh broccoli, blanched) | ||
| 1 | Frozen chopped cauliflower - (10 oz) | |
| (or fresh cauliflower, blanched) | ||
| 1 | Frozen cut corn - (10 oz) | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh dill |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped chives |
Cook ground meat in small amount of water in skillet; drain. Place in large pan and add onion and green pepper; saute. Stir in potato soup, broth, cream and milk; bring to boil. Add broccoli, cauliflower, corn, dill and parsley. Boil for 5 minutes; then simmer for 40 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle servings with chopped chives.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
