| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced deeled potatoes |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sherry |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Drain clams. Cook onion in butter. Add potatoes and clam juice and cook until tender. Add clams and milk. Heat and season. Do not boil.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
