Horseradish-Chive Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Freshly-grated horseradish |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped chives |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Fold all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups.
