Creole Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Paprika |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion powder |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried basil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried oregano |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-ground white pepper |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dried thyme |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
This recipe yields 3/4 cup.
