Apple And Jicama Coleslaw

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 948mlShredded cabbage
2 cups 474mlJulienned peeled jicama
2 cups 292g / 10ozDiced cored Gala apples = (or other apple of choice)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozFinely-diced shallot = (or red onion)
3/4 cup 177mlCreamy Cilantro-Soy Dressing - (see recipe)

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, place the cabbage, jicama, apple, and shallot, and toss well to combine. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to thoroughly coat the vegetables with the dressing. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or more to allow the flavors to blend.

Gently toss the coleslaw mixture again before serving.
