| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sliced cucumber |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Shallots - sliced |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped green chilies |
Mix, bottle and keep for a few days before using.
