Kanom Mokang Muang Petch (Coconut Custard)

Recipe Ingredients

1   Coconut milk - (14 oz)
4   Eggs - well-beaten
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar - granulated
1/4 cup 59mlMilk - evaporated

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar and evaporated milk.

Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce.

Pour slowly into a 9x9 pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350F.
