1 | Coconut milk - (14 oz) | |
4 | Eggs - well-beaten | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar - granulated |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk - evaporated |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar and evaporated milk.
Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce.
Pour slowly into a 9x9 pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350F.
