| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Vinegar |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 2 | Chili - crushed | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Peanuts |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Cucumber - thinly sliced |
Sauce: To make the sauce, bring to a boil the vinegar, water sugar, salt and chili. Let it cool.
Pound the peanuts and add to the cooled mixture. Lastly, add the cucumber.
