1 | Fresh mint leaves or cilantro | |
2 cups | 474ml | Shredded lettuce |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Grated carrots |
1 cup | 237ml | Cucumber - (sliced very thin) (medium) |
Mixing Instructions
Step 1 Pour boiling water over bean thread and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Step 2 Take rice paper and soak in water for 30 seconds until it is soft. Remove rice paper and fill with all the other ingredients. Pour a strip of peanut sauce over filling. Fold sides of rice paper in first and roll gently. Allow spring roll to sit for 10 minutes after rolling and it will seal itself. Serve with
