Thai Chicken with Peanut Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

Peanut Sauce | ||
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Peanut butter - chunky |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sesame oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger - minced, fresh |
1/8 cup | 29ml | Water - warm |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Chili paste |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Honey |
3 | Scallions - chopped | |
1/8 cup | 29ml | Soy oil |
Mix all sauce ingredients to make sauce. Alternate adding soy oil and water to finish.
Brown chicken 10 minutes each side at 400 degrees. Coat with sauce and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
