Thai Glazed Pork Chops

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil
4   Pork chops - 1/2 thick
1/2 cup 118mlKnorr Thai sauce
1/4 cup 59mlPeach or apricot jam
1/2   Red pepper - chopped
1   Chopped cilantro or parsley

Recipe Instructions

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add pork chops and brown on both sides.

In a small bowl combine sauce and jam; pour over chops, turning to coat. Stir in red pepper.

Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until tender, turning chops occasionally.

Serve with rice and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
