Thai Glazed Pork Chops Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
4 | Pork chops - 1/2 thick | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Knorr Thai sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Peach or apricot jam |
1/2 | Red pepper - chopped | |
1 | Chopped cilantro or parsley |
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add pork chops and brown on both sides.
In a small bowl combine sauce and jam; pour over chops, turning to coat. Stir in red pepper.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until tender, turning chops occasionally.
Serve with rice and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
