Recipe Ingredients

18   Low-sodium sesame-flavored Melba toasts
1 tablespoon 15mlGarlic powder
1 tablespoon 15mlGround ginger
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlGround red pepper

Recipe Instructions

Place Melba toasts in food processor, and process until finely crushed.

Combine crushed Melba toasts and remaining ingredients in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon).
