18 | Low-sodium sesame-flavored Melba toasts | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground ginger |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Ground red pepper |
Place Melba toasts in food processor, and process until finely crushed.
Combine crushed Melba toasts and remaining ingredients in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon).
