| 5 | Tomatoes; med. - chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil - dried |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Thyme - dried |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper - freshly ground |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Onion; large - diced |
Blend all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
