Rose Water Syrup Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water | 
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar | 
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rose water or rum extract | 
Combine water and sugar in small saucepan.
Bring to boil, then simmer until syrupy, about 5 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and rose water. Cool completely.
