| 2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Fresh-squeezed orange juice |
| 1 | Red stripe beer | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Key lime juice |
| 4 cups | 64g / 2.3oz | Cilantro - chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Dark brown sugar |
| 3 | Chile negro - toasted lightly, stem and seeds removed, ground | |
| 20 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Fresh oregano leaves - minced |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Ground cumin |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Italian parsley |
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Kosher salt |
Mix and use to cover meat. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Grill to desired degree of doneness.
