Greek Marinade For Kabobs - 1

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlExtra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup 59mlDry white wine
  Two lemons - juice of
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh minced oregano - (or 1 tbsp dried)
4   Garlic - minced, up to 5
3   Dried bay leaves - broken into small pieces
  Freshly ground black peppercorn

Recipe Instructions

Whisk all ingredients in glass bowl.

Apply to lamb or beef.

Let marinate 4 hours or overnight.
