| 2 | Butter | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Celery salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | White pepper |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Onion powder |
Grill over indirect heat (coals on opposite side of grill).
Baste every 45 min or so.
