1   Chicken Mesquite Marinade*
  Pineapple Salsa
1   Pineapple - Dole
  - crushed and drained
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozRed bell pepper - chopped
1   Green onion - sliced
1 tablespoon 15mlLime juice - fresh
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce - Chun King lite
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlHot Shot Black And Red Pepper**

Recipe Instructions

* McCormick/Schilling

** McCormick/Schilling blend - up to 1/2 tsp, as- desired

Prepare 1 pkg (1.37 oz) Chicken Mesquite Marinade according to package directions, using 1 lb, boneless, skinless chicken breast.

Grill Chicken.

Serve with Pineapple Salsa.

PINEAPPLE SALSA: Combine pineapple, red bell pepper, green onion, lime juice, soy sauce and black and red pepper blend.
