Rosemary Pork Chops Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Center cut pork chops | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Rosemary |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sage |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Apple juice |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Cranberry juice |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sue Bee Honey |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
Mix together all ingredients except chops.
Place chops in a shallow pan and pour marinade over them.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
Grill until done.
