Sweet-Sour Grilled Ribs Recipe - Cooking Index

| Sweet and Sour Sauce | ||
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Ketchup |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion (small) |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
Mix all sauce ingredients and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare a charcoal grill.
Grill ribs for one hour over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally.
Brush ribs with sauce.
Turn and cook for 20 minutes or longer until done.
