| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brandy |
| 1 | Silver varakh | |
| 50 | Mixed dry fruits - chopped | |
| For The Garnish | ||
| A handful of chopped nuts - fried | ||
| A few drops of brandy |
CUT each bread slice in a circle and then in quarters. Heat oil and deep fry the bread pieces in hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle a little sugar syrup over the bread pieces.
Mix the rabri and brandy well. Arrange the bread pieces on a plate. Coat them with brandy flavored rabri. Decorate with silver varakh. Sprinkle chopped nuts and a little brandy on top before serving.
