Fresh Mint Chutney With Fruit Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Fresh mint leaves |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hot chili peppers - green (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tart apples - peeled, cubed (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange - peeled, cubed (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender. Blend at high speed until you have a smooth paste.
An Indian chutney that is especially good with Tandoori Chicken.
