| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cardamom seeds or pods |
| 1 | ' stick cinnamon - ¥ | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black cumin seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Whole cloves |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black peppercorns |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg (medium) |
Place all ingredients in electric grinder and mill until fine powder.
