Indian Chutney - Microwave Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Apples- cored and chopped | |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion- chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar- packed |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | - water |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Candied citron -opt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | - salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger - ground |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cinnamon - ground |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cloves - ground |
| 1 | Garlic clove-peeled and minced |
Cook all ingredients on high covered (100%) for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook uncovered for further 3 minutes.
MAKES: 1 3/4 cups
