| Marinade | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Yogurt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ajwain |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tandoori masala |
| Salt to tase |
Marinate chicken for 2-4 hours.
Grill or broil until done but still juicy (internal temperature 160-165F)
