| 3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Finely ground lamb |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Coriander leaves - finely chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3 | Hot green chilies - finely chopped | |
| 3 | Garlic - minced | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onions - finely chopped |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Egg - beaten | |
| 4 | Hard-boiled eggs - peeled | |
| Oil for deep frying |
Mix ground meat well with coriander, salt, chilies, garlic, onion, lemon juice and beaten egg. Divide into 4 portions. Take 1 portion and wrap it around an egg, making sure no hole appear. Deep fry over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes until nicely browned. Cut in half lengthwise to serve.
