| 2 cups | 474ml | Mixed boiled vegetable - (french beans, carrots, green peas, potatoes) |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh cream |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ghee |
| Salt to taste | ||
| To Be Ground Into A Paste | ||
| 2 | Onions | |
| 4 | Green chillies | |
| 4 | Garlic | |
| 1 | Millilite ginger - ¥ | |
| 2 | Cardamoms |
Heat ghee and fry paste for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables, cream, milk and salt and cook for a few minutes. This delicacy can be served with piping hot parathas.
