Potatoes With Black Pepper (Dry) Recipe - Cooking Index
| Potatoes - cooked, peeled, | ||
| And cut into 3/4 inch dice | ||
| Some salt | ||
| Lots of black pepper | ||
| Chopped parsley or green | ||
| Coriander |
Heat some oil in a pan. When hot, put in the potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Keep frying them, stirring occasionally, until the outsides turn slightly crusty.
Add the parsley or coriander, stir briefly, and serve.
