| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Short ribs |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Catchup |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Minced onions |
| 1 | Garlic clove - minced |
You can use the top of the roast beef bones. Have them cut in 2-inch pieces.
Brown the ribs in a heated casserole or Dutch oven; pour off the fat. Combine all the ingredients and add to ribs. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven 2 hours. Remove cover for the last half hour. Serves 6 to 8.
