| 8 teaspoons | 40ml | Ground coriander |
| 7 teaspoons | 35ml | Ground cumin |
| 7 teaspoons | 35ml | Garlic powder |
| 7 teaspoons | 35ml | Paprika |
| 5 teaspoons | 25ml | Ground ginger |
| 5 teaspoons | 25ml | Mango powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried mint |
| 5 teaspoons | 25ml | Beet powder* |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chile powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Anatto seed powder yellow coloring* |
Mix all together and store
* Mainly for coloring
