| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper - cracked | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder | 
| 2 | Garlic - cloves, crushed | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | A-1 sauce | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika | 
Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.
Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Dry in oven overnight.
