Jim's Jerky Marinade - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 711ml | Red wine | 
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Soy sauce | 
| 5 | Garlic - minced | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pepper | 
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Louisiana hot sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Liquid smoke | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Molasses | 
Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.
Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Dry in oven overnight.
