Jim's Jerky Marinade - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | Flank steak or sirloin tip | 
| 2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Red wine | 
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Soy sauce | 
| 3 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Louisiana hot sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef.
Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Dry in oven overnight.
