| 50 | Salad or olive oil | |
| 30 | Wine vinegar | |
| 10 | Prepared mustard | |
| 5 | Crushed rosemary leaves | |
| 7 | Salt | |
| 3 | Onion salt | |
| 1 | Black pepper | |
| 1 | Ground ginger | |
| 1 | Instant minced garlic |
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate.
3. Marinate lamb overnight.
