Meat Marinade (John Schmitt) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Oil |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry mustard |
| 2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Salt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pepper |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Wine vinegar |
| 1 | Garlic - crushed | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Lemon juice |
Meat Marinade (John Schmitt)
Mix ingredients and spread on meat. Let the meat sit until ready. Cook.
