3 tablespoons	45ml	-for beef poultry, & pork -
1 teaspoon	5ml	Mild ground chiles - =or=- chili powder
1		Hungarian hot paprika
2 tablespoons	30ml	Coriander
		- =or=- 3 tbsp. Vegetable oil

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Mash until smooth.

Makes about 1/3 cup
