Peachy Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/3 cup | 5.3g / 0.2oz | Cilantro - lightly packed |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Peaches - peeled & diced |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Tomatoes - diced |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Black pepper | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic - crushed |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| Cayenne - to taste |
Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor & process for a few seconds. Serve immediately over hot, fresh pasta or refirgerate until ready to serve.
