| 4 oz | 113g | Uncooked elbow macaroni |
| 1 | Cream of mushroom soup - cond | |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Catsup |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded sharp cheddar chees |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Instant minced onion |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed potato chips |
Preheat oven to 350. Cook and stir meat until brown; drain off fat. Cook macaroni as directed on package;drain. In ungreased 2 qt. casserole, mix all ingredients, except potato chips. Cover, bake 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with crushed potato chips and bake 5 minutes longer. 4-6 serv.
