Any Flavor Pudding Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Shortening |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Shortening |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
1 | Small instant pudding | |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
8 oz | 227g | Sour cream |
Combine flour and salt. Add shortening and mix until mixture resembles cornmeal. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons water so mix forms small pea shaped balls.
Roll to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Place in pie plate and poke holes in bottom with a fork. Bake at 425F until golden brown.
Filling: mix pudding mix, sour cream, and milk at slow speed for 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell.
