No Bake Cherry Cheese Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Graham cracker crumb cru | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Concentrated lemon juice |
| 8 oz | 227g | Softened cream cheese |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
| 14 oz | 397g | Sweetened condensed milk |
| (not evaporated milk) | ||
| 1 | Cherry pie filling |
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Beat in Condensed Milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Chill 3 hours or until set.
Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
