1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Lean ground beef |
3 | Green onioins - thinly sliced (1/3 cup) | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green sweet pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |

For sauce, stir together yogurt, blue cheese, mayonnaise or salad
dressing, and mustard; cover and chill up to 24 hours.
Crumble ground beef into a large bowl. Add green onions, green pepper,
salt, and pepper; mix well. Shape mixture into six 3/4-inch- thick
patties. Grill patties on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals
for 14 to 18 minutes or until no pink remains in meat, turning patties
once halfway through grilling time. To serve, toast cut sides of kaiser
rolls on the grill. Serve patties in rolls. Top patties with sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
To grill by indirect heat: Arrange preheated coals around a drip pan in =
a covered grill. Test for medium heat above pan. Place patties on grill =
over drip pan. Cover and grill for 20 to 24 minutes or until no pink =
remains, turning patties once halfway through grilling time.
