| 2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Minute Rice - uncooked |
| 1 | Broccoli,frozen or - 1 1/2 C. Fresh | |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cheddar cheese, fat free - grated |
| Black pepper |
Mix first 6 ingredients until smooth with mixer.
Add next 9 ingredients. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 40
minutes.
