Crustless Pumpkin Pie (3 Points) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Pumpkin puree |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Skim milk |
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Eggs (medium) |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cinnamon |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pumpkin pie spice |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ginger |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Nutmeg |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cloves |
| 6 | Graham crackers - crushed |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into pie plate that has been
sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook 15 minutes on High in the microwave or
in a 350º oven for 40 minutes.
Serving size is 1/4 of the pie
