| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brummel and Brummel | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (medium) | 
| 2 | Celery - chopped | |
| 15 oz | 426g | Stewed tomatoes | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge beef strips in mixture and set aside. In a large skillet, sprayed with Pam, saute onion and celery for 2 minutes. Add the Brummel and beef to the skillet and brown on both sides.
Stir in tomatoes with liquid and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 60-90 minutes, until the beef is VERY tender. Add water if necessary to thin the gravy. Serve OVER mashed potatoes.
