1/2 cup 118mlWater - cold
1/2 cup 118mlWhite vinegar
1   Ginger root - crushed
3 1/2 tablespoons 52mlSugar
3 teaspoons 15mlSalt
1   Yellow onion - thinly sliced
5 cups 1185mlCabbage - thinly sliced
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCarrot - finely shredded
2 cups 474mlCucumber - thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions

In salad bowl combine first five ingredients. Add vegetables.

Toss thoroughly and refrigerate at least one hour.
